Generating shell completions do not work

Machine (please complete the following information):

• OS: [e.g. iOS] Ubuntu
• CLI Version [e.g. 22] 21.8.0

To Reproduce

$ curl -RLO https://github.com/meroxa/cli/releases/download/v2.18.0/meroxa_2.18.0_linux_amd64.tar.gz
$ tar xf meroxa_2.18.0_linux_amd64.tar.gz
$ ./meroxa completion bash
Error: could not read config: While parsing config: line `ELF> [binary output redacted]` doesn't match format

Expected behavior

bash completion to be output to stdout.
