Hi @YapengLang! Thanks for adding these tests. I believe these tests are enough as the remaining are already tested in the original tool. I will merge this PR. |

Hi @Vini2, I've partially addressed issue #7 here.
Please give me any suggestions for the tests for command invoking or contigs/bins number!
For the last point in the issue 7 to-do, can you please give more instruction about what kind of wrong input we should check? Currently, I only checked the wrong path error for all three assemblers.
