Re-db introduces breaking changes

Hi Matt!

I tried updating inside-out to the latest version and we are getting Uncaught Error: Invalid hook call. Hooks can only be called inside of the body of a function component. when we call with-form

Looking at the history this happens when re-db was first introduced in commit fedbd13430f972915d5d4feacd35371af2a4d654. The commit before works.

The call to with-form fails with the following stack trace:

    at Object.re_db$react$use_reducer [as use_reducer] (react.cljc:10:38)
    at eval (view.cljs:131:14)
