Capture git
Hi guys,

We work on virtual machines and as soon as bot framework composer launches, we see and error like the one in the title.
Also, when the bot is importing from PVA we see another error like in the image.
Capture composer
Where should we look for a solution?
Thanks

Hey @AndreiDevz,

Pull-request for this issue was created but not released yet in stable version of Composer.
fix: improve portfinder usage by OEvgeny · Pull Request #9366 · microsoft/BotFramework-Composer (github.com)

I'm wonder if using the latest Composer Nightly version might solve this issue.

Could you please uninstall your current Composer and delete the following directories:

  1. Uninstall Composer
    • If installed on local user, delete: C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Programs\Bot Framework Composer
    • If installed for all users, delete: C:\program files\bot framework composer
  2. Delete C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Roaming\BotFrameworkComposer

Install the latest Composer Nightly version here and try again to see if you are still able to reproduce.

Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks.

Hi @AndreiDevz,

This looks like a different issue from the original post.

Could you please provide the steps to reproduce the issue?
