Purpose

This pull request updates documentation files to improve clarity and provide more accurate parameter descriptions. The most notable changes involve updates to Azure OpenAI location settings and AI Foundry project resource parameters.

Documentation updates:

  • docs/CustomizingAzdParameters.md: Removed the AZURE_ENV_OPENAI_LOCATION parameter and replaced RESOURCE_GROUP_NAME_FOUNDRY with AZURE_EXISTING_AI_PROJECT_RESOURCE_ID to clarify resource reuse for AI Foundry projects.
  • docs/DeploymentGuide.md: Removed the Azure OpenAI Location setting from the deployment guide to align with updated parameter descriptions.

Does this introduce a breaking change?

  • No

Golden Path Validation

  • I have tested the primary workflows (the "golden path") to ensure they function correctly without errors.

Deployment Validation

  • I have validated the deployment process successfully and all services are running as expected with this change.
