CodePush dependencies are really old

In vsts-task-code-push-release task we can see that it uses "code-push-cli": "^1.10.0-beta", which is very old (3 years). Current version is https://www.npmjs.com/package/code-push-cli/v/2.1.9. Can you please update the dependency and make sure it works correctly. Current version has issues when uploading android bundle with assets.

Yeah, you are absolutely right. I'll update this dependency and make release. I'll do it a little later. It is in queue.
