Razor editor issue working on pages in Aspire dashboard

My editor got into this state yesterday and I can't seem to get it unstuck. The app builds and runs fine. As you can see from the screenshot the projections seem to be completely misaligned or the code-gen is just woefully out of date. This is making using GitHub Copilot agent mode difficult as it keeps trying to fix these errors but they're not real.

1. Can you check if this file has consistent line endings?
2. Can you hit the language selector in the status bar at the bottom of your VS Code and tell us it has "Auto Detect" selected? If so, does anything improve if you switch it to "ASP.NET Razor" or "Razor" in the drop down options?

1. the file has consistent line endings (CRLF)
2. the language it is set to Auto. If I change it to "ASP.NET Razor" the issue is the same. If I change it to "Razor" the diagnostics disappear but symbols now seem to all be wrong (no navigation, quick info, etc.) and some spans are still red:

@claudiaregio ok, switching the language back to "Auto" after manually selecting "Razor" has resolved the issue it seems.

Some notes from an offline discussion:

• Even after reloading the window, it was immediately repro-able for Damian
• I could not repro locally on the same file, same repo, same extension versions
• Looking at the generated C#, it appears that Razor is getting sent two edits for every keystroke
• Separate issue, the [ and ]s in the tag attributes are being flagged as invalid by the Html textmate grammar
• Error recovery in the compiler is particularly painful in this situation, as typing anything above the <div> in the screenshot above, will result in an invalid C# file generated, until it's a valid C# expression. ie, typing var x = 0; results in an invalid document for every keystroke until the final ;.

Looks like this is due to copilot chat having active agent mode edits or similar. We're getting two changes, one for file:///Foo.razor and one is for chat-editing-text-model:/Foo.razor?{"kind"%3A"doc"%2C"documentId"%3A"modified-file-entry%3A%3A4"%2C"chatSessionId"%3A"blag"}. We're very cleverly mapping those back to the same physical file on disk.
