Excluded files show in search results when they are open.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open file with characters that will be included in the search
2. Make a search
3. See file output

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

Expected output:

When you do a search and have an excluded pattern, all files should be excluded (open or closed).

Actual output:

When you do a search and have excluded files, all open files that match the query string but are excluded still show in the results.

When closing the item in the editor it no longer displays the item in the search results:
