Issue Type: Bug

When the app is dragged into a folder in the launchpad, the app icon won't show up when the folder is closed, just some rainbow lines. When the folder is open the right icon will show up.

To reproduce the issue just drag the app in any folder, where it will be visible at the launchpad when the folder is closed.

And opening our icns files shows no errors:

I just took a look into my icns file too. And in the file all icons are available and displayed normal.

But if you activate the path bar in the finder there is the same issue.

also unable to reproduce here:

Can you double-click on that icns file (should open in preview) and then click on the "Contact sheet" mode and paste a screenshot here? that will allow me to see if it's a specific size that is causing this.

I don't have any other ideas, @deepak1556 let me know if you know anything

The issue clearly depends on the graphics card, when using the Intel integrated graphics card the icon shows up normal, like in the screenshot below. When using the AMD graphics card, the glitched icon shows up. The AMD graphics card is clearly used for rendering the desktop because the issue appears when using an external monitor.

For reference, I'm using a 2019 15" MacBook Pro with the i9-9980HK, 32 GB RAM and the Radeon Pro Vega 20 4 GB. The integrated graphics card is the Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB.
