Testing #191542

This might have to do more on how getting started is loaded in the web, but:

  1. Try serve-web with a new host like 127.0.0.3
  2. Navigate there and see the getting started page

It looks like the getting started checklist is partially scrolled already. Scrolling up doesn't work until you scroll down.

Also, sort of unrelated- should getting started appear every time you use a new host? I'm unsure about what I expect here.
I also see that I'm not logged in anymore, so I guess it's acting as a separate install?
