Improve the ergonomics between Quick Search and the Search view

With the introduction of quick search, we have the ability to switch between quick search and the search viewlet, but it's not too convenient to use because you need to scroll to the end of the list.

Overall, it would be nice to have a better experience switching between the two views.

I've added an arrow that takes you to the search view with that match highlighted:

We would probably be better off with a different codicon, though. Maybe the search codicon or something new?

From demoing, I got the feedback that the right arrow wasn't the best icon to use. I opted to use this icon throughout. However, I don't think it's necessarily the most descriptive icon for this case.

@hbons do you think that we could create a new icon that is like what is below, but with an arrow instead of a squiggle?
