A gif of where the feature'll be.

Searched.

In Explorer, I move the folder to a different location.
I start VS Code up. I click on the folder name from 'Recent' in the quick start.
It says the path does not exist.

I click the x that appears to the right of the folder after my mouse hovers over it.
The reference is removed.

It is removed from Recently Opened, and if you refresh the welcome page, it is removed.
