Description of the new feature/enhancement

I would like to suggest adding a bot to automatically add new versions of programs, for programs which have a public API. For example, any program that hosts it's installer on Github could have it's manifests automatically updated, since Github has a public API for checking for updates.

Ideally this could eventually also be expanded to other APIs, because Github is hosted by Microsoft, and it would definitely be a bad look if this feature only supported Github repos
