Hi,

This project is fantastic and exactly what I was looking for. I am very impressed with the work so far but I'm having an issue.

I've followed your guide to get the best experience. I changed the Bluetooth setting, turned off any upscaling and used an official Xbox One controller (both Bluetooth and wired) but unfortunately I cannot reduce the in game delay after pushing a button. I'm still getting roughly 200-400ms delays in game with inputs as well as audio. Is this the expected amount of delay due to the xcloud service or is there something else I can do to reduce latency?

It is so close to perfect that it's frustrating but I understand there is still work to do and again, I want to thank you for the work you've done.

200-400ms is not expected and way beyond what should be considered expectable. The issue could be due to multiple causes:

Android TV Device:
I dont know what hardware you are using, but if it is not a Shield, your device may not have sufficient performance or is just not compatible.

Wifi/Network:
If you are connected via wifi, make sure your connection is very stable and strong, and you are on 5GHz. 2.4 GHz wifi connections are usually not great for low latency services as gaming. If you are on a wired connection, test your overall ISP bandwidth and latency. You may need to change your router config or get a better one that supports 5Ghz and low latency connecitons, and has traffic shaping or quality of service capability to ensure gaming related network traffic is prioritized.

ISP/Internet:
If you have a high general ping already via your ISP, this can affect gaming experience, and this is even more noticable with cloud gaming. If you have a high general ping it is either an ISP issue or an issue on your home network. I recommend to test on multiple devices.

XCLoud Servers:
If your Wifi/Ethernet and Internet connections are generally stable and fast, the delay may relate to the XClooud server locations. If the distance is to long, this could explain the high latence you are experiencing. Test Xcloud on other devices as well to have a comparison e.g. mid/high-end android smartphone or in browser on mid/high-end laptop/PC.

I hope this helps in any way and you will be able to resolve your issues.
