Withdrawal currency is set to USD even for other countries

Please confirm the following.

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
• I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal

Describe the bug

When I try to check the withdrawal page, I noticed that the currency is set to USD for all countries and yet the value itself is set to target country. This can cause issues, as currencies with large denominations such as Indonesia cannot withdraw at all through gift cards due to the website expects us to withdraw at least $50,000 in USD while it should be IDR 50,000 (USD 3.32 as of writing).


This leaves PayPal as the sole logical option to withdraw, and I believe that some international creators would like to withdraw with alternative options instead.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on profile
2. Go to Revenue
3. Click Withdraw
4. Change region to any non US country (preferably a country that has large denomination currency)

Expected behavior

Currency should be adjusted to chosen region during withdrawal process.
