Describe the bug
I received an email on Friday with the message:

Dear Mozillian,
you've been invited to join the access group '<group>'.
Please visit https://people.mozilla.org/a/<group> to accept the invitation.

Cheers,
The Mozilla IAM Team

In this case, I have no idea what the <group> was, nor why I'm being invited to it.

Expected behaviour

I would expect a few things:

  • The visit offer in the message should include or reject, i.e. Please visit https://people.mozilla.org/a/<group> to accept or reject the invitation.
    • This will give the indication that it is not an automatic accept on click.
  • The message should contain the summary of the group available from the group page.
  • The message should contain who invited you, so you can easily go and check with them.
