upgrade to latest npm packaged version of rally-sdk (0.8.1)
align with 0.8-compatible API
- use named parameters for constructor
- "dev" and "emulator" modes are now separate

Found a typo in the enableEmulatorMode argument for rally-sdk, so we need a 0.8.1 release: mozilla-rally/rally-sdk#18
