[customize-titlebar] Tabs, groups and windows count

Some titles vars to count the numbre of tab, group and window open in current group, window and navigator. Like Mr Tech Toolkit extension.

Yes, I think it would be an interesting enhancement. BTW I notice at least three separate extensions to display your tab count somewhere on the browser chrome (toolbar, statusbar, etc.):

• Tab Counter 1.9.8 for Firefox 4.0 and later, SeaMonkey 2.2 and later, https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/tab-counter/
• tab-counter 0.2.4 for Firefox 3.0 and later, SeaMonkey 2.0 and later, https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/tab-counter-141863/
• TabCounter 1.0.3 for Firefox 1.5 and later, not advertised for SeaMonkey, https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/tabcounter/

Version numbers as of this writing. I'm currently using the first one of these with SeaMonkey 2.24a1.

@xabolcs please do not push any non-official branch to the nightltt repository. If we want to get a feature included, please always create a PR.

I just wanted to create a place where the NTT developer team (i.e. us) could collaborate (i.e. push new commits on that branch) on an unfinished PR.

It was implemented in pull request #173.
