Easiest way to set RGB/HEX color for hatch pattern and other objects

Hello once again!

I have a set of rules which are used to paint both polylines and hatch palettes. Stucked on painting them with custom colors which are out of 0-257 aci range.
Tried to understand the acadctb logic but it doesn't import for some reason. Also tried using Importer class with a dxf sample file and import styles but it also avoiding import of custom colors.

I thought the logic was something like this:

hatch = msp.add_hatch()
hatch.set_pattern_fill(
    'name',
    color=ezdxf.colors.rgb2int(ezdxf.colors.RGB(25, 25, 155)),
    angle=0,
    scale=1.0,
    style=0,  
    pattern_type=1,
    definition=[
       [45, (0, 0), (0, 2), []]
    ],
)

But eventually color is not set
