I was very happy to find this tool, because unlike others I have found, it preserves attributes unless you specifically tell it not to.
I have another issue now, though; I have a few SVG's that rely on gradients and patterns that are defined within a element. The element needs to be a direct child to the parent sprite SVG, not of the symbol that was created from the original sprite, because several symbols refer to this data.
Is it possible to make sure elements inside sprites are grouped directly inside the parent SVG and not nested inside the symbols?
