Issues upgrading dependencies

We're based on the protocol template from tailwindui, and upgrading dependencies are creating some showstopping issues.

tailwind typography not-prose behaves differently in v0.5.10

This breaks our docs layout. Others have already pointed out the issue: tailwindlabs/tailwindcss-typography#301 (comment)

nextjs 13.5.4 breaks MDX rendering

as far as I can tell, it's an interaction between "use client" doing some magic with propTypes that react doesn't like

next is version 15.0.1 on main, and we've also updated typography to version 0.5.10.
