Global Max Log Buffer Size

Feature description:
Similar to a maximum request count, I want to be able to limit the total amount of data stored by Logger++.

Scenario example:
Once the memory limit has been reached, the extension would start removing old request/response pairs, allowing for garbage collection, preventing the extension from hogging RAM.
