Integrity check failes after upgrading to Nextcloud10

I upgraded from owncloud 9.1 -> nextcloud 10 RC 1 and yesterday I upgraded to Nextcloud 10 stable

Everything works but I get an error message regarding the integrity check of 2 files:

Please make sure you delete all files except config and data before updating. These ones have been renamed with nextcloud/files_automatedtagging@5f112cd
