Steps to reproduce

  1. Set up NC 17 and log in as administrator
  2. Assign many groups to the administrator, so the group list does not fit the user row in the UI after upgrading to NC 18.01
  3. Upgrade to NC 18.0.1
  4. Login as administrator again
  5. Open the user administration

Expected behaviour

Every user row is fully visible and can be edited.

Actual behaviour

The whole row gets enlarged so it will not be displayed properly again. Also the "edit" icon is not visible any longer, so the user can't be edited - in this case I am logged in as "Arno Welzel" and I can't edit any details of "Arno Welzel" which is in fact myself:

The UI issue with overlapping rows is also described in #18968, but I don't understand, why there is no "edit" icon any longer for the user with which I am logged in.

In NC 17 this was no problem at all - every user including the one with which I am currently logged in, can be edited and the rows would enlarge if needed to display all details of a user.

BTW: I also don't understand why the quota field only shows the relative usage and the value itself got completely removed - at least the numerical values should be visible here as well, because it makes a big difference if half of 1 GB is used or half of 1000 GB! In previous versions it was much better: an input field with the current quota limit and below that the line with the relative usage.
