New version of Historical Map.

Now manage :

• Itering on median filter
• Validation for each step (if a field is missing...)
• Automatic add extension if you don't specify one
• Automatic find columns of your shp file
• Convert to vector and clean file with 3x3 median filter (to validate)
• Better documentation (best is coming next !)
