Purposes of paper:

  • to justify the initial conditions (quasi-universal pricing)\
  • to provide stakers with a broad set of considerations, so – (a) their individual dynamic pricing strategy and (b) pricing-related governance (i.e. debate/proposals/push-back/updates) – are both conducted in as informed a manner as possible

(the overview section may end up being the bulk of the paper, depending on feedback)
