android needs default strings #1

@Lutzifer there should always be a values folder containing default strings (i think english would be the best fit)

current output is:
values-de, values-en and so on.

expected:
always an additional folder named values with the english string file inside

Lutzifer assigned aspala

aspala removed their assignment
