[issue] can't be bought re-list product (won't display "collect" button)

Reproduced steps:

1. buy a prod from explore tab
2. use "MInt & share" network action to list it
3. use another account to that asset's prod page, it won't display "collect" button

detailed information:

prod id: e11dff74-2089-44ec-9f32-5903687e8785 ( after user purchase ( owner ) -> re-list )
prod id: 727a2df6-b7a7-4a01-94ae-43f60d005509 ( first-list ( creator))

User story

As a capture app user, I want the asset which I collected listed on explore tab should display "collect" button so that I can sell the asset which I collected.

remove condition:
when owner is not original creator // hide "Collect" Button
