Log files are always the same file size and length. #191

Describe the bug
The log files are always the same file size and only last from 12am to about 2:35am and then there are no more log entries until a new file is created the next day.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Look at log files.

Expected behavior
I expect the log files to contain entries from the entire day.

Looks like some kind of buffer is being filled up. I'll try to look into this later, but in the meantime, I'd recommend you set the WinNUT logging level to anything other than Debug unless you're trying to troubleshoot a specific issue. Thank you for the report!
