Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'm always frustrated when I see branded plugins. I realize it's a niche frustration, but it's real nonetheless. 😅

I use the preview a lot, and I'm constantly getting my ocd triggered from its hardcoded title "Neo-tree Preview".

Describe the solution you'd like.

Be able to pass a key title inside the config table for toggle_preview mapping.

Describe alternatives you've considered.
