[jenkins] autoclean-docker deleting images in the middle of builds #1212

autoclean-docker (which is run every 5 minutes) will remove all images and containers if Jenkins's / is sufficiently low on disk, including images that were built and are currently being used by an active build, causing build failures.

This recently came up in ocf/dockers 514

I think a temporary fix would be bumping up the disk space for reaper
