JKAN Grooming Process

- If the data provider does not want the data hosted, we will not put it on the portal.
- Every person is able to open an issue in this (okestonia/jkan) repository, and any person is able to submit a fix to said issue.
- No one should assign issues outside of grooming session.
- Grooming sessions happen once a month on Friday.
- At least one person from Majandus-ja Kommunikatsiooniministeeriumi must be present at the grooming session.
- The goal of the grooming process is to prioritize issues based on importance.
- During the session, a sprint is created for the next month and available in this repository's project page.
- Development of the sprint takes place over the months.
- New solutions are tested and then merged into master branch issue by issue.
- This process is iterative.
