Country Code SX is Not Mapped to a Country Name

Describe the bug

I noticed that the country code "SX" is listed in the countryCallingCodes.js file but doesn't have an associated name in the country.properties file. Because there is no name, it doesn't appear in the phone authenticator enrollment country selection list.

Reproduction Steps

Prerequisite:

• Okta tenant with phone as an available authenticator

1. Create a new account
2. Login using the account to the point you are prompted to enroll in MFA
3. Select "Phone" as your authenticator
4. In the country drop down attempt to select "Sint Maarten"

This option is unavailable unless manually added via config when creating the widget by setting the i18n property "country.SX"
