Login using URL method cant be reverted to username and password login

I have been logged out due to a terms and conditions update.

I could not login using username and password ( which I have not found out that the password I was using was not correct) but in an attempt to get it I clicked the login with URL check box.

This defaults to the USA site - so I cant login there anyway, which if I could I assume it would then allow me to post the URL to log in. - but I cant.

I cannot find a way to now get back to the login with user name and password option.

Can you please let me know how to get back to the username and password login please ?

Same issue, no back button or way to deselect using URL method

I had this with another integration also - dead end based on selection with no way back.

After I accepted the new terms and conditions (in the lg website) and restarted the hassio then the plugin had finally worked well as before.
