When uploading a vector (cell type annotation or batch IDs) which contains white space ("T cells") the upload fails.
We should substitute the whitespace in the upload function and specify this in the upload data type description.

Even better, we could (and should) return a message to the user to say that we did this, i.e. it is not a deal breaker to use the app, but they should know that we changed ("silently") something to what they provided.
