Some use cases have multiplle sequential addresses mapped to the same PA. For such cases, aggregation into prefixes provides a better scale. Signed-off-by: Marian Pritsak <marianp@mellanox.com>

inorder to maintain backward compatibility, is it better to use address and introduce a new field for mask? default mask value could be all Fs
