Description
since
.opendistro-alerting-config,.opensearch-notifications-configare system level indices we am unable to restore them using snapshot as they are protected by security permissions. Instead of removing protection, we are configuring monitors and notification channel using REST APIs. The config files include monitor config forIssues Resolved
closes #132
