Before we can merge this we're going to want to apply the retry patch to the 2.0-release and 2.1-release branches. Otherwise, we'll get an unknown option error when using the CI to test those branches. @tonyhutter let's make sure to include these commits in the next point releases. openzfs/zfs@ddc026f59 Strip colons from all test result filenames |

This is the companion PR to openzfs/zfs#12740. It actually invokes the new -R flag in runs aside from the ubuntu sanity and functional tests.
