Github Education enabled but i'm not being verified

Hi everyone,

my last session of Github student expired so, since i changed university i had to go on this website https://unipisa.github.io the one of the new university to get the new github student pack, after i enabled the student pack i went on the website but this is what i got:

Am i banned or what? I tried multiple time to click the email link from my university to activate the account and it says: "Thank you for joining. Your coupon has already been applied and is active." But still i cannot use any of the github education tools.
