How to access jaeger-agent as daemonset in production strategy?

I am trying to configure jaeger with production strategy. With allinone strategy in my .Net application I was using opentelemetry jaeger exporter with host jaeger-agent, because service jaeger-agent was created. In production strategy there is no service for daemonset agents and I am a bit lost on how to export something to jaeger-agents if no services are created in production strategy.
