Better Snapshot implementation

@zachbadgett made a point that because the Snapshot is serializing the data, it limits the usefulness outside of PHP.

Perhaps there is a better way to store a Snapshot's data so that it can be consumed by other platforms without dealing with implementing some PHP unserialization in it.

Could possibly create a way to map a Report to a full fledged entity or document instead of just Snapshots
