红警有个开源社区，https://www.openra.net/download/#linux
我下载了通用APP版本，文件后缀为.AppImage，https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/releases/download/release-20200503/OpenRA-Red-Alert-x86_64.AppImage
经过测试，安装一些依赖包，解决报错后，可以直接在openEuler上运行
所以这个题目还需要做啥呢？
