The current sound effects I enjoy, but if you play a longer session the audio starts clipping/glitching. In this PR I try to reuse some of the Noise and Filters here and there. Hopefully that helps. I can't always reproduce.

It also adds a new /sounds demo page to test them out. And I sneaked in some new sounds made without tone.js, but they don't fit the game's vibe yet.
