Ah, that's a bit of a can of worms. The visualisation module has been delivered by a freelancer. If you want to have a look, just go to /draw. You can try to manually reproduce the graph above for the overlapping CNOTs as I don't have the source code for it.

Anyway, there will be plans to improve the visuals for us in the future, I don't think it is a priority to spend too much time on this. But feel free to have a look if you wish.
