PC Engine Emulator for the ODROID-GO.
It is based on huexpress.
It's for the most part playable and testable.
Current limitations:
- Frameskip 2 or higher (default 2)
- Something is slightly wrong with the sound :-(
- No QuickSave and QuickLoad
- No Save or Load to SD-Card
