Summary

Users should be able to switch between either None or All metadata displayed on the Group Samples table and the Project Samples table

Acceptance criteria

Project Samples table has a toggle https://flowbite.com/docs/forms/toggle/
Group Samples table has a toggle https://flowbite.com/docs/forms/toggle/

If the toggle is in theunchecked state then no metadata should be loaded into the tables (which should be the default option), otherwise if it's in the checked state then all metadata should be loaded into the tables
