XX PhIP Object Logger

This PhiP is in early draft stage.

We want to add an "object logger" that will log to an "object transcript" events like "undeclared variable compiled". This will then provide a "repair" action in addition to the one in the text editor.

Beacon is in the image for that. We can have an event that capture the stack. We need to have a presenter that lists and support actions on the beaconised objects.
