The following unstable tests should bring online before 2021-07-02

testDBSuite2.TestAddUniqueIndexRollback (unstable test testDBSuite2.TestAddUniqueIndexRollback #25456)
testStaleTxnSuite.TestStaleSelect (unstable test testStaleTxnSuite.TestStaleSelect #25457)
testPrepareSerialSuite.TestPrepareCacheIndexScan (unstable test testPrepareSerialSuite.TestPrepareCacheIndexScan #25455)
TestPrepareTableAsNameOnGroupByWithCache (Leak test in TestPrepareTableAsNameOnGroupByWithCache #25394)
testPrepareSerialSuite.TestPrepareCacheWithJoinTable (unstable test testPrepareSerialSuite.TestPrepareCacheWithJoinTable #25459)
tidbTestTopSQLSuite.TestTopSQLAgent (Unstable test tidbTestTopSQLSuite.TestTopSQLAgent #25391)

They are skipped in:

*: temporarily skip some unstable test cases. #25548
