executor: fix issue of show create table with foreign key comment

What problem does this PR solve?

Issue Number: close #xxx

Problem Summary: The issue was introduce by #38719, caused by the comment /*T![FOREIGN KEY] INVALID */ can't be parsed by TiDB, so this PR use /* [FOREIGN KEY] INVALID */ a normal comment instead.
