Pre-populating tag list in New Post view

When you create a new post, the "Post Tags" field is required. Is it possible to pre-populate/suggest tags in this field as the user types based on existing tags? For example if a user starts to type "pyt," the "python" tag is suggested if it exists (as well as any other tags including "pyt").

This would prompt some consistency with commonly-used tags. The user should still be able to add new tags from this field. This would also allow us to seed tags for users to use.
